Potbelly Expanding to New Braunfels

Potbelly, the Chicago-based sandwich franchise known for its potbelly stove-inspired name and hot sandwiches, is coming to New Braunfels. While construction hasn't begun, franchisee Dora Braun confirmed plans to open the new shop at New Braunfels Town Center at Creekside. Braun anticipates that, if all goes according to plan, the location could be ready within a year.

Potbelly, founded in 1977, offers a menu featuring popular sandwiches like the Chicken Club, Italian Sandwich, and Mama’s Meatball, all served hot. New Braunfels residents can look forward to trying this exciting new restaurant in town.
