Celebrate SA! New Years Eve 2023 Party

Ringing in the new year is a time-honored tradition that many people look forward to.

San Antonio's Celebrate SA! New Year's Eve bash is expected to bring some 70,000 revelers downtown to ring in 2023 with family-friendly activities, live music, food and a Texas-sized fireworks show. Presented by the city, the San Antonio Parks Foundation and Michelob Ultra, the free party will take place on South Alamo Street between Market Street and Cesar Chavez Boulevard. Festivities also will spill out along Villita Street and into the Arneson River Theatre.

The celebration will feature several live music performances on the main stage beginning at 8:00 pm. Attendees can look forward to hours of non-stop entertainment with a mix of Tejano, hip hop and pop music.

Eddie & The Valiants, John Charlie's Heavy Love, LA 45, Joaquin and DJs Isaiahfromtexas and Lovedocument will be on the scene to provide some tunes.

Guests can also look forward to live dance performances by Studio Avi SA throughout the evening as well as food and vendor booths lining South Alamo and Villita streets.

Those who wish to stay home can still join in on the fun with a special live broadcast of the event beginning at 10:30 p.m. on News4 San Antonio.

As usual, Celebrate SA! New Year’s Eve will wrap up with a Texas-sized fireworks display choreographed to festive music that will light up downtown in celebration of the new year.
