Crust Pizza Co. Expands to Cibolo with New I-35 Corridor Location

Crust Pizza Co., a Woodlands-based chain known for its Chicago-style pizza, is set to open its first Cibolo location as part of its expansion into the San Antonio region. According to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) filing, the company is investing $400,000 into the new restaurant along the I-35 corridor.

Construction on the 3,050-square-foot location is slated to begin April 1, with an expected completion date of November 15—just in time for the holiday season. Crust Pizza Co. has yet to announce a grand opening date.

The menu features a variety of offerings, including salads, pastas, flatbread sandwiches, calzones, and pizzas. Guests can order personal 10-inch pizzas like the $11 "Big Cheesy" or the $11 "Big Don’s", which is loaded with Canadian bacon, pepperoni, pork sausage, salami, beef, bacon, and a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.

Since its first opening in January 2011, Crust Pizza Co. has grown to 30 locations, with nine more in the works, including one nearby in New Braunfels and another planned for Kyle, TX.
