Favorite San Antonio Crêpe Café Expands with New Cibolo Location

Cibolo residents are about to satisfy their sweet tooth a little closer to home. Crepeccino, the San Antonio café known for its French-inspired crêpes and warm neighborhood vibe, is officially opening its second location on September 13 at 857 Cibolo Valley Dr. #208.

Owner Bara Ekhlayel says the move reflects the café’s growing popularity and the community’s appetite for unique dining spots.

“San Antonio has embraced Crepeccino in such a special way, and we’re thrilled to bring that same experience to Cibolo,” Ekhlayel shared in a release. “Our new location is about creating a space where neighbors, families, and friends can gather over fresh crêpes and great coffee.”

From Leon Valley to Cibolo

Crepeccino first opened in 2018 in Leon Valley, quickly becoming a local favorite for its playful menu of sweet and savory crêpes, waffles, artisan gelato milkshakes, and specialty coffee. Its reputation as a go-to brunch and coffee destination made expansion a natural next step.

The Cibolo café will carry over the original menu while adding its own flair. Guests can look forward to signature crêpes ranging from classic ricotta-strawberry and Nutella to heartier, savory choices like cheesesteak, chicken Alfredo, and even a lasagna-style Bolognese crêpe.

Grand Opening Weekend

To celebrate, Crepeccino will host a two-day grand opening event September 13–14. The first 50 guests in line on opening day will receive free crêpes, and visitors can also enjoy raffles, giveaways, and discounted favorites. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will mark the occasion, and Eventbrite RSVPs will be entered to win prizes — including gift cards worth up to $500.

What’s Next

Ekhlayel isn’t stopping with Cibolo. A third Crepeccino café is already planned for the upcoming Portico at Shaenfield Ranch development at 7807 W Loop 1604 N #201. While no official opening date has been set, state construction filings point to a projected November completion.
