Lambda Crossing: A 41,800-square-foot development with over a dozen expected tenants, including food, health services, and everyday retail. It’s designed to serve the growing residential base while anchoring new commercial activity.
Shops at Ladera: A 25,000-square-foot project planned near major residential neighborhoods. Construction is set to begin in October 2025, with completion projected for October 2026.

These centers will add to the retail momentum already in place, with names like H-E-B and Dutch Bros already drawing daily traffic. The corridor currently sees about 30,000 vehicles per day — and that number is rising.
