Rooted Vegan Cuisine in San Antonio is rolling out plant-based pizzas.

In addition to San Antonio specialty shops, the vegan brand already offers frozen items like lasagna, mozzarella sticks, and broccoli-and-cheese soup.

 

Rooted Vegan Cuisine, based in San Antonio, has expanded its menu by introducing plant-based pizzas beginning July 7th.

Alongside their existing frozen offerings available at specialty shops and their storefront, the vegan brand will launch a variety of pizzas, beginning with a chicken pesto pie featuring vegan pesto mozzarella, seasoned garlic oil, vegan chicken, caramelized onions, and shredded plant-based parmesan, as mentioned in a recent Instagram post.

The chicken pesto pie is just the beginning, as Rooted Vegan Cuisine plans to introduce a total of six flavors. The lineup includes options like meatball, Margarita, cheese, supreme, and veggie. These delicious pizzas are already available at their shop located at 8503 Broadway, #111, starting from 4 p.m. until they sell out.

Gaining recognition for its satisfying plant-based snacks since October 2019. Initially, they served their delicious eats at pop-up events throughout the city. As the COVID-19 pandemic hit, the business adapted by freezing lasagnas and offering delivery services to their fans. Over time, they expanded their production and began shipping their plant-based foods nationwide.
