San Antonio Bars Mix Charity and Cocktails for National Negroni Week
The approaching Negroni Week 2023, taking place between September 18 and 24, will see restaurants and bars that join the initiative contributing one dollar from each Negroni sale to support Slow Food—an international movement dedicated to safeguarding local culinary traditions.
The classic concoction, consisting of equal parts Campari, gin, and vermouth, experienced a resurgence within the craft cocktail scene around 2013. Since then, the Negroni Week initiative has played a pivotal role in generating substantial charitable contributions on a global scale.
So far there are only 3 SA bars participating but all 3 are amazing stops that are worth chacking out!
