The first of two San Antonio locations for the Postino WineCafé chain has announced its summer opening date.

Each of the cafes within the concept offers an extensive selection of over 40 wines and 30 beers, including draft options from local breweries.

Wine enthusiasts, celebrate! Postino WineCafé, based in Phoenix, is thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of two all-day wine bar-cafes in San Antonio.

The initial Alamo City location of the chain will start welcoming customers in late June at 17627 La Cantera Parkway within The Rim development, as confirmed by company reps. Not only that, a second location situated at 2600 Broadway near Brackenridge Park is scheduled to open in early 2024.

Postino WineCafé has established a presence in various states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, and Texas, with over 20 wine cafes in operation. Prior to expanding to San Antonio, all of its locations in Texas were concentrated in the Houston area.

Renowned for their wine-centric food menu, featuring delectable shared plates and chef-inspired dishes, each Postino WineCafé offers an awesome selection of over 40 wines and 30 beers, including craft drafts sourced from local breweries. While specific Alamo City breweries to be featured at the new locations were not disclosed by Postino officials.

The restaurants offer a delicious selection of bites, such as charcuterie boards, panini, soups, salads, and shareable snacks like grilled chicken skewers and butter-poached shrimp scampi.

With the success of the Pearl's  Highstreet wine bar and Southtown favorite Little Death, Postino is sure to be a welcome addisiton to SA.
