Owned by local entrepreneurs Joseph G. Gonzales and Dan Ward, with Ward boasting an impressive background at local favorite Piatti's. FatHead Pizza is all about bringing that unmistakable New York flavor to the heart of San Antonio.

But it's not just about the pizza (although that's definitely the star of the show). FatHead also offers up a tantalizing array of salads, subs, house-made desserts, and a carefully curated selection of beer and wine.

From classic Margheritas boasting fresh mozzarella made right onsite, to specialty creations like their wild mushroom masterpiece loaded with shiitake, oyster, and baby bella mushrooms, nut-free basil pesto, and of course, more gooey mozzarella, these guys know how to elevate your pizza game.
