    Cowboy Breakfast Returns to San Antonio for 2025 Rodeo Season

      The beloved Cowboy Breakfast is back to kick off the 2025 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo season. Partnering with Spurs Give, the second annual event will take place on Friday, January 24, outside the Frost Bank Center. From 5 a.m. to 10 a.m., attendees can enjoy a wide array of breakfast tacos, free coffee, and beverages, with alcoholic options like beer and the rodeo's signature Surtierra Tequila available after 7 a.m. In addition to breakfast, the event features live music, family-friendly activities, and rodeo merchandise. Volunteers from the San Antonio Rodeo, alongside St. Philip’s College culinary students and faculty, will prepare the meal, continuing a cherished tradition. Proceeds will benefit St. Philip's College culinary program, supporting future industry leaders. This gathering marks the start of rodeo season and coincides with the Rodeo BBQ Cookoff that weekend.
