A Neighborhood Gem in Beacon Hill

Beacon Hill, one of San Antonio's historic neighborhoods, continues its revival with the addition of Copper Rose Wine, opening January 3 at 1810 Blanco Road. Owned by Elizabeth and Victor Eichhorn, the shop is more than just a wine destination—it’s a thoughtfully designed community hub aimed at fostering connections among locals. Copper Rose Wine offers a curated selection of wines, with no bottle exceeding $50, alongside non-alcoholic options and craft beer. The shop’s design, featuring locally sourced furniture and décor, creates a welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of a cozy living room. Outside, families will find a playground and seating area, making it a versatile gathering spot for wine enthusiasts and parents alike. Elizabeth’s leadership as president of the Beacon Hill Neighborhood Association reinforces the shop’s mission of community engagement. With plans for a new business committee and an evolving inventory of dried goods, Copper Rose Wine embodies the neighborhood’s growth while remaining accessible and inclusive. Open daily, Copper Rose Wine invites residents to enjoy a relaxed space where everyone—from wine connoisseurs to families—can feel at home.
