Operating from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, the café promises an array of freshly baked breads, pastries, desserts, and more, showcasing the talents of CIA student bakers. With a rotating menu showcasing items like key lime pie, cheesecake slices, fruit tarts, and artisanal breads, alongside a robust coffee program, it's the perfect stop for morning commuters. Led by certified master baker Alain Dubernard and under the guidance of seasoned instructors, students gain invaluable real-life experience in both front- and back-of-house roles, making CIA's Bakery Café a delicious learning opportunity for all.
